Today, I want to remind you of one of the most important lessons in expanding your self-expression and visibility—you set the pace. You decide how to maintain momentum while honoring your whole being from the inside out.
Planning with Flow is the opposite to rigidity How does this connect to setting intentions and planning your day, month, or year? Planning is a guide, not a rigid blueprint. It can be adjusted, refined, or pivot as you become more aware of your needs and focus.
Let go of the belief that what you desire must unfold in a specific way. The you standing at the threshold of this future version of yourself may not be fully on board just yet. That’s why, as you map out your year ahead, be prepared for a personal stretch—moving beyond old ways of being, beyond deeply rooted conditioning that tells you, You must do things this way because that’s what people expect or how you've done it up to now. The world is malleable to your way of being. You shift, the world shifts.
Divine Lesson in Letting Go
This week, I had a conversation with a member of my cheer team for an upcoming event. She had unconsciously agreed to do something extra for a guest—an act that would cost her additional time and money. Her stress reaction had switched on, and yet she still thought, I’ve agreed, so I must follow through.
Of course this would be the normal way of thinking.
Growth - moving into an advancing woman requires new tools. What she hadn’t considered was going high—asking for divine guidance. A simple request: "Show me how to resolve this for the highest good of all concerned." This engaged in consciously fully present and unattached to how it will be delivered.
You know what happened next, right?
I put out the 'show me' call, and the answer arrived in a way I couldn’t have imagined. The guest, upon reflection, realized the request didn’t feel right. Since the ticket was non-refundable, she asked if she could pass it on—and the friend she gifted it to wanted an upgrade to the higher-priced option. Everything rebalanced.
This is your reminder: The divine will always meet a willing heart halfway.
Always.
A Feminine View on Change
I am often moved to happy tears by the dedication each of us has to becoming our best, however that looks. One thing I am increasingly aware of is that healing and advancement require more than one modality. Patterns don’t just exist in the mind and body; they can linger in your auric field—the energy field surrounding you.
Brushing up your energetic field has the capacity to shift deep patterning, allowing you to experience that you are more than your body. The same principle applies to your environment. If things feel heavy in your home: Clear the space with sound—ring a bell or chime. Bring in fresh flowers—nature carries potent renewal energy. Open your windows—let fresh air and light move through.
Use the water ceremony—voice your intention into a bowl of water, leave it to absorb energy in a room, then consciously pour it out.
Your Upper Body Holds the Message
Your voice is one of the most powerful instruments of self-expression. When it’s withheld, tension builds in the throat, vocal cords, and neck, often extending to the shoulders. If you notice tightness, shallow breathing, or stiffness, ask yourself: "What am I not expressing?"
In Goddess as a Woman -the course,, we always begin by releasing the authentic voice.
How? By learning to express your point of view.
Why? Because hearing your own words come from your presence affirms your voice and opinions matter.
Science tells us that sound is frequency. Each time you speak, you emit vibrations that shape your state of being in the world.
More than that, your voice gives you choice. Every time you express, you confirm that at any moment, you can shift your perspective and speak it out loud. Listening to others with curiosity—rather than judgment—also has the power to heal.
Three Invitations for You This Week
Stay aware of patterns that disrupt your well-being. Listen deep to your words and what you say especially to yourself. Remember words create worlds.
If the body is rigid, this can also represent your thinking at the time. Massage or Bowen with a trusted practitioner can greatly support a change in state.
