Hello everyone,
This week, I'm inviting you to stretch a little further and expand one of your greatest resources - love. This has come from two engaging conversations over the week from women who attended the Women Who Lead with Love event and said - I could feel the love in the room. 

If you research the frequency of love, it is powerful, light and often is an immersive experience.
Forget about romantic love for a moment which can be triggering due to the cultural expectations, beliefs and behaviours. You will feel the difference.
As we move into week 3 of 4 in the event follow-up series, I’m sharing another empowering resource to support your stretch - from The Goddess Vault. This is for all women who choose to step forward and implement without sacrifice. This is our PDL - [Practical, doable, lovable].

Practical, Doable, Lovable Formula - Action aligned with your success.
Most women I work with are already well-versed in the practical. You know how to take action: moving from idea to outcome, growing your business or income, and getting things done.
You can also assess if the action is in fact doable—that it fits your current energy, your priorities and, your season of life.
But what about lovable?
Lovable is where the shift happens. It’s about choosing actions that have your approval and are aligned with your values, your mission, and your joy.
Just to recap - this is a NO to forcing, rushing, or overriding your inner knowing.
When you set your action plan, you ask the following to connect with both the masculine drive, strategy, action and the feminine power, divinity, focus.
- Is this practical for what I want to achieve? 
- Is this doable in the context of my life? 
- Is this lovable—can I feel good about how I’m doing it and why it matters to me? 
Let's back this up with some science.
*Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings brings in the science. He teaches that when we act from elevated emotional states—such as love, gratitude, inspiration—we activate a physiological and energetic coherence in the body and brain. Here's how we are connecting the science + self-awareness with the PDL formula.
Practical – The Brain Loves a Plan
The brain is designed to seek out and predict outcomes. When we take practical steps, the prefrontal cortex (your planning center) helps you build structure, focus, and clarity. Dr. Joe emphasizes that intention gives direction to your energy (energy flows towards focus) —and practical action is the expression of that intention. I'll also add that when you are designing something radically new, the brain has to seek a solution way beyond what it knows. Now you are commanding the brain to go high - to Source, Divine, God, Universe.
Doable – The Nervous System Needs Safety
Doable action is about taking steps that are realistic for your current lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. Dr. Joe’s research shows that when the body feels overwhelmed or unsafe, it defaults to survival states (fight, flight, freeze), making creativity and change difficult. Doable action restores your sense of capacity—calming the nervous system so that you can take aligned steps with more ease.
Lovable – Love Rewires the Whole System
According to Dr. Joe, elevated emotions signal the body it’s safe to create something new. At the very less, prime the neural circuitry for change. When you take lovable action—action that feels joyful, soulful, meaningful—you shift into heart-brain coherence. This activates healing, boosts your immune system, regulates hormones, and increases focus and resilience. Lovable action literally changes your biology, making it easier to sustain progress and magnetize what you desire.
