As women, we are deep, multi-faceted and creative.

Before we begin to think about launching an idea for business, creativity or just because it gives you want to risk something different.... pause. I am inviting you to start at the beginning.

Last week, we explored bracing, those subtle ways we unconsciously hold ourselves and return to deep patterns of tension. When we are brace, we narrow our point of view and possibilities.

Before something genuinely new can enter our reality, we have to create the conditions within ourselves to accept and believe in it.

Lean in and start here...

There is another way that begins with becoming more deeply acquainted with the woman who resides within.

The woman always comes first.

What you create is influenced by the woman who is creating it. Thoughts, beliefs, fears.

Sometimes what we think we want is not the whole truth. We have been taught to pursue success, business, wealth and achievements as though these are the measure of a good life.

But there is another kind of wealth and can sit together with outer achievements.

Soul wealth.

Divine connection. Creative expression. Meaning. Contribution. Leading with love. The freedom to live in a way that is true to you as a woman of great value.

For a woman to be truly aware of her life force, devote to her wellbeing and capacity to flourish, she needs to know all of herself.

So, the question becomes...

What do you desire?

What do you truly desire to experience, express, create and become?

And, most importantly, what are you willing to embark upon to experience you and life
