This week's uplift is a reminder that you don't have to try and figure out everything on your own. Use the resources around you and plug in to these resources on a regular basis. How you nourish yourself mentally, soulfully and emotionally is in your control.
I highly encourage you to plug in and listen or read something that uplifts your spirit and mindset before you go to sleep. This supports and strengthen your self belief muscles. The more you choose to listen to good stuff, the more you realign your mind, body and soul.
