What else do I need to know:
You are welcome to just turn up on the night. Doors open at 5:45 pm. If you are arriving after 6.00 pm, please enter the room quietly. I will acknowledge you and settle you in.
Comfortable clothing recommended as you will be seated. You may prefer to lay down for the meditation and bring your own mat or towel so that you are comfortable. You may also like to bring a notebook to take notes.

Lastly there is no pressure to achieve anything in the Mindful Meditations. Arrive, be curious, breathe, and observe.
