The Merriam Webster definition of Brave is 'having or showing mental or moral strength to face fear or difficulty.

Braver is a little different and is a term many clients have use to describe having or showing the strength and clarity to listen to their wisdom and helps them to adjust to being braver than yesterday.

Braver celebrates where you are at and what you are challenged with right now. Being braver gives plenty of space to reflect, discover and restore your self-trust whilst activating your intuition for forward life momentum.

Braver helps you to answer the call that it is time to take the next steps to raise your self-belief and grow. This is your life, Braver helps you choose the most direct path for more clarity of direction, wellness, happiness, and inspiration.

Braver is based on practical and proven formula that has been a catalyst for numerous people wanting to find a way to make significant changes.

Braver is unique as it sets no goals, instead offers a process that empowers you to choose how you want to make change that best honors who you are and who you want to be. Pressure is off!

Braver combines the enhances awareness process with meditation and education with Anna as the facilitator. Braver gives you the confidence to design your starting point on the map for heart-felt change. Everyone needs a map for a journey, a good dose of being braver and a guide who knows the way. This can be yours.
